Private Reading
For the private reading service, Juliana will communicate with your special one in spirit during your scheduled session. These sessions are primarily arranged for one participant. However, an additional one or two participants may join the session for an additional fee.
Automatic Writing
For the automatic writing service, Juliana will write down the messages from the person in spirit you choose to connect with—without you being present. Then, during your scheduled session, Juliana will read the letter to you verbatim.

Booking an Appointment
If you’re interested in booking a service with me, I’d be delighted to connect with you. Here’s a step-by-step guide to ensure a smooth process:
Schedule Your Service
- Select the service you would like to book from the available options. Once decided, complete the form stating your requested date and time. Please check the box confirming you are 18 years of age or older, and have read and agreed to Juliana’s Terms and Services. An appointment cannot be scheduled without the confirmation these two requirements are met.
- For any additional questions on services, feel free to address them in the “Additional notes” section of the form.
- Juliana typically responds within 72 hours of receiving messages.
Confirm Your Appointment
- I will confirm your appointment or service request via email within 72 hours of initial contact. If communication through text is preferred, please specify this when requesting to book a service. Once your request is approved, payments must be made in full at the time of booking to hold your appointment.
- For readings, you will receive an email, or text if preferred, with instructions once your payment is processed and your appointment is confirmed. Juliana will give you the option between a video call or a phone call, which you can specify your preference at the time of booking.
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Late Policy
- Readings: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
- Live Events/Séances: A full refund will be issued if you cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before the event. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled time.
- Late Policy: Any time exceeding the 15-minute grace period will be considered a cancellation, and no refund will be issued.
Please adhere to these guidelines to ensure a smooth booking experience. Sometimes Juliana’s schedule does change. In such cases, she will do her best to communicate in advance and reschedule your booked service concerning your availability.
